As this product is hand made to order and fully personalised, we are unable to accept returns. We can offer replacements if any items arrive faulty or not up to standard. Please note that as each item is hand illustrated, they will each be unique and slight differences will occur. If the spelling provided to us is incorrect, this does not qualify for a replacement and the item will need to be repurchased.
